Job Summary:
At Berry Global Group, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Director to lead the development and execution of compensation and benefits strategies in alignment with the organization's overall goals and regional market needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategy, design, planning, and implementation of innovative Total Rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders and People teams to provide insights and recommendations on Total Rewards programs.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and regional regulations, maintaining compliance and mitigating legal risks.
• Oversee the administration of Total Rewards programs, including annual wage planning, bonus planning, and equity award programs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to deliver high-quality services and products that support the rewards strategy.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in strategy, design, planning, and implementation of innovative Total Rewards programs.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply market data, organizational trends, and best practices to Total Rewards strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
