Job Title: Customer Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving technical integration for our prospects, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with sales teams and customers to understand integration possibilities with Dow Jones data and services.
  • Design and implement solutions that meet customer business requirements.
  • Demonstrate solutions to customers and address technical and product questions.
  • Advise and guide customers on integration of Dow Jones data and services.
  • Share best practices and model designs with customers.
  • Provide feedback to Dow Jones Product and Technology teams on emerging requirements and trends.
Requirements:
  • Professionalism and a customer-first approach.
  • More than 5 years' experience in a customer-facing customer engineering role.
  • Software development experience using Agile development practices.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Python, and NodeJS languages.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading technical product demonstrations.
