Job Title: Customer Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving technical integration for our prospects, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and identify integration opportunities with Dow Jones data and services.
  • Design and implement solutions that meet customer requirements, providing guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop and deliver technical product demonstrations, showcasing APIs and other technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Dow Jones Product and Technology teams to identify emerging customer requirements and trends.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and processes within the team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing customer engineering role.
  • Strong software development skills, with experience in Agile development practices.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Python, and NodeJS languages.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading technical product demonstrations.
  • Business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery.
  • Strong coding skills in modern programming languages.
  • Experience working with cloud services for data ingestion, processing, and storage.
