Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Engineer/Sales Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you will be responsible for driving technical integration for our prospects, customers, and partners. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales teams, prospects, and customers to understand their technical and business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with our product offerings.
  • Develop and deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and technology, to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and processes for technical integration and customer success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing customer engineering or technical sales role.
  • Strong technical background in software development, with experience in Agile development practices.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Python, and NodeJS languages.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading technical product demonstrations.
  • Business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills to assist with customer requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery.
  • Strong coding skills in modern programming languages.
  • Experience working with cloud services for data ingestion, processing, and storage.
  • Understanding of machine learning techniques, specifically natural language processing (NLP) and text mining.
