Job Title: Customer Solutions EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving technical integration for our customers and prospects, working closely with our sales teams to understand and exploit integration possibilities with our data and services.
Responsibilities:- Work with sales teams and customers to understand and address technical and business requirements.
- Design and implement solutions that meet customer needs, providing guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to enhance our solutions and services.
- Collaborate with our product and technology teams to gather feedback and insights from customers, informing the development of our products and services.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing customer engineering role.
- Strong technical skills, including software development experience using Agile development practices.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Python, and NodeJS languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery.
- Strong coding skills in modern programming languages.
- Experience working with cloud services for data ingestion, processing, and storage.
- Understanding of machine learning techniques, specifically natural language processing (NLP) and text mining.
