About the Role

As a Partnership Growth Manager at Homelike Internet GmbH, you will play a critical role in driving the operational success of our Channel Manager integrations. You will be the first point of contact for our operational teams, providing expert support and guidance on challenges and bugs. Your analytical mindset and structured approach will enable you to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the operational success of Channel Manager integrations
  • Provide first-line support to operational teams on challenges and bugs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive feature requests and product improvements
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge base on new features and processes
  • Support listing managers with content verification via integrations
Requirements
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Understanding of channel management (ideally)
  • Strong technical understanding and interest in technical project management
  • Analytical mindset and structured approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to work in a structured and systematic manner
