Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive operational success of Channel Manager integrations
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to identify challenges and bugs, providing first-line support
  • Manage feature requests and product improvements in a structured manner, working with internal and external stakeholders to create value for suppliers
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge base, ensuring operational teams are educated on new features and processes
  • Support listing managers with content verification via integrations
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Understanding of channel management (ideally)
  • Strong technical understanding and interest in technical project management
  • Analytical mindset and structured approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)
