About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Hotel Account Manager to join our team at Lastminute Group. As a key member of our Hotel Partnerships department, you will be responsible for managing hotel portfolios in designated areas, driving merchant hotel bookings, and contributing to the success of our business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Account manage hotels portfolio in designated areas, allowing demand sales conversion, and performing inventory, pricing, and availability regular monitoring and analysis.
  • Engage existing partners to deliver promotional activity exclusive to Lastminute Group.
  • Drive merchant hotel bookings in a defined geographical area.
  • Collaborate with cross-department teams to achieve targets in selected destinations/hotels.
  • Contracting activities may be required, as well as making merchandising decisions supporting all markets.
Requirements
  • Education in Travel, Tourism, or related areas is a must.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Online Travel, Tour Operator, Bed bank or DMC companies, Incoming Travel Agencies, Yield/Revenue management companies, or from leisure resort hotels.
  • Sound understanding of hotel industry, revenue management, and yield.
  • Purchasing experience (secured/guaranteed room nights, Fixed allocations).
  • High level in Spanish, fluency in other European languages.
