Deputy Hotel Manager Opportunity

You have the chance to take on a challenging role as Deputy Hotel Manager with our company, where you will be part of an ambitious management development program. Your goal will be to become a Hotel Director, and your main responsibilities will be:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize, direct, and coordinate all actions delegated by the Director, focusing on promotion, sales, advertising, and public relations for the hotel.
  • Convene regular meetings to inform, be informed, or discuss day-to-day issues with the different departments of the hotel.
  • Report to the Director on the most important topics and replace the Director in their absence.
  • Supervise the implementation of rules and orders issued by the Management.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Personal check of the provided service quality.
  • Welcoming customers due to their category.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of the different heads of departments.
  • Deal with complaints and claims when necessary.
  • Set up corrective measures by delegation to achieve the targets fixed in the budget (costs, expenses, or production).

Requirements:

  • Experience as Deputy Manager in a hotel, at least 3 years.
  • Academic Degree, technical certificate level, preferably in Tourism, Hotel, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Experience in comprehensive management of the hotel, management, operational, and customer manners.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in managing teams.
  • Good commercial skills.
