Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Lluch Essence. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients who bring in the most revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Play a key role in attracting new customers and be responsible for their effective on-boarding.
  • Focus on growth in alternative segments where the company may not be present.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee customer service assigned to each customer to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Communicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, purchasing, technical, and logistics departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Reporting on account performance, targets, and forecasts for the relevant area.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and meet deadlines set for the achievement of each client's long-term objectives.
Requirements:
  • Higher education in Chemistry, Business Administration, International Business, or similar.
  • Specific knowledge in the industries of fragrances, flavors, animal feed, cosmetics, and international trade.
  • Basic knowledge of international trade and advanced user of Office Suite.
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
  • Advanced user of Spanish, English, and Italian languages.
  • Customer orientation, results-oriented, responsibility, commitment, autonomy, planning, and communication skills.
  • More than 1 year of experience in a similar position.
