The OpportunityThis role will be based in the North of Spain and is part of our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll contribute to the company's annual business plan by achieving personal objectives (Sales, marketing, etc.) defined by the company and supporting management in the formulation of sales strategies and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Service the current customer base, increase sales within that base, and establish new accounts.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Manage the sales team and set quarterly objectives.
- Supervise information from Sales Representatives and report to Customer Service.
- Oversee inventories of products in hospitals.
- Assist in building the yearly Operating Plan.
- Conduct market prospection.
- Implement plans to increase market penetration.
- Co-travel with Sales Representatives to identify needs for improvement.
- Prepare reports required by the Managing Director/Business Manager.
- Maintain a plan of regular visits to customers to identify needs and establish relationships.
- Stay informed about competitive products.
- Identify training needs and provide training programs to optimize the selling process.
- Conduct annual performance appraisals for direct reports.
- Ensure compliance with EMEA Business Ethics, Regulatory, and Quality procedures.
- Proactively plan weekly travel schedules.
- University Degree (preferable)
- High English level
- Medical background (preferable)
- Information System knowledge (Microsoft Office)
