Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Commodity Manager to lead our Office & Factory Supplies (OFS) Category for the SE&A Region, as well as key global projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing procurement risks, opportunities, and market forces to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement a regional commodity structure and sourcing strategy to optimize procurement processes.
  • Identify and manage procurement risks, opportunities, and market forces to avoid potential damage and exploit potential opportunities.
  • Lead regional tendering, contracting, and supplier activities, including supplier selection, qualification, and development.
  • Analyze and coordinate efforts to implement strategic initiatives and programs to drive savings, supply base optimization, cash flow improvement, and e-Auctions.
  • Coordinate and manage a virtual cross-functional team to achieve optimum conditions and savings.
  • Generate, document, and implement savings; plan, monitor, and report on relevant KPIs to contribute to the success of the business.
  • Closely cooperate with internal customers to ensure customer care and early involvement.
  • Negotiate frame contracts and define core supplier and service assortment.
Requirements
  • Possession of a successful university degree in a technical and/or commercial area.
  • Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change.
