Agricultural Machinery Spare Parts Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at Itt1878 as an Agricultural Machinery Spare Parts Sales Specialist.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, showcasing and explaining the features and benefits of our agricultural machinery spare parts, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest agricultural machinery spare parts and accessories, and be able to provide technical explanations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available to meet customer demand.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Education: Intermediate or advanced vocational training in electromechanics or automobiles.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the agricultural machinery industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Personal Qualities: A dynamic and proactive personality, with a strong customer focus and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
