About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Time Management Consultant to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our time management system, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Expertise: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design, building, modifying, and supporting pay rules, accruals, and request manager.
  2. System Administration: Manage configuration migrations utilizing PTM, support Time device management, and experience with SAP Time standard reports.
  3. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot errors via pay rule analysis, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience in SAP HCM Time Management (PT) application implementation or support/maintenance.
  2. Intellectual Curiosity: Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies, with a strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources.
  3. Communication Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills in English, with discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
