About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Time Management Consultant to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a Senior Time Consultant, you will be responsible for leading SAP HCM Time Management activities for multiple clients, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of their time management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP HCM Time Management activities for multiple clients, including maintenance of SAP HCM systems, creation of work schedule rules, and resolution of client-reported issues.
  • Update SAP HCM Time Management system to improve execution time and reduce anomalies in each payroll.
  • Prepare and deliver workshops with clients to define solutions to be implemented.
  • Analyze system performance and provide technical specifications and functional documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Technical field, or equivalent.
  • Experience in Time Management tools, including SAP HCM PT, Workday, ADP, Horoquartz, eTemptation, and Kronos.
  • Previous experience as an SAP Times consultant is required for remote work options.
