SAP HCM Time Management Consultant

Join Alight's team as a SAP HCM Time Management Consultant and contribute to the success of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the SAP HCM Time Management system, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of Time Management activities for multiple European clients
  • Update of the SAP HCM Time Management system, including creation of work schedule rules, clock in and clock out rules, absence and attendance management, and error message configuration
  • Resolution of client-reported issues and configuration of system evolutions
  • Preparation and delivery of workshops with clients to define optimal solutions
  • Analysis of system performance to improve execution time and reduce anomalies
  • Creation of technical specifications and functional documentation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science
  • Experience in programming languages (C, C++, Java, etc.)
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies
  • Strong interest in delivering high-quality support
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level)
  • Discretion and ability to respect confidentiality
