About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Senior Time Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the time management system and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in SAP HCM Time Management will enable you to lead activities for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP HCM Time Management activities for several clients, maintaining the SAP HCM systems and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
- Update the SAP HCM Time Management system, creating work schedule rules, updating rules related to clock in and clock outs, creation of absences, attendances, quotas, managing modulation, overtime, allowances, and error messages.
- Resolve issues reported by clients and configure evolutions (change requests).
- Prepare and realize workshops with clients to define solutions to be implemented.
- Analyze the system to improve execution time and reduce anomalies in each payroll.
- Creation of technical specifications and functional documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
- Experience in Time management tools (SAP HCM PT, Workday, ADP, Horoquartz, eTemptation, Kronos, etc.).
