Job Title: SAP Senior Time Management Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Senior Time Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining time management systems and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP HCM Time Management activities for multiple clients, ensuring the maintenance of SAP HCM systems.
  • Update the SAP HCM Time Management system, creating work schedule rules, updating clock-in and clock-out rules, and managing absences, attendances, and quotas.
  • Resolve client-reported issues and configure system evolutions.
  • Prepare and conduct workshops with clients to define solutions.
  • Analyze systems to improve execution time and reduce anomalies.
  • Create technical specifications and functional documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a Technical field, or equivalent.
  • Experience in Time Management tools, including SAP HCM PT, Workday, ADP, Horoquartz, eTemptation, and Kronos.
  • Remote work option available for candidates with previous experience as SAP Times consultants.
