Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Time Management Consultant to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining time management systems and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Time Management tools, including SAP HCM PT, and experience in leading SAP HCM Time Management activities for multiple clients.

You will be responsible for updating the SAP HCM Time Management system, creating work schedule rules, and resolving issues reported by clients. Additionally, you will analyze the system to improve execution time and reduce anomalies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP HCM Time Management activities for multiple clients
  • Update the SAP HCM Time Management system
  • Resolve issues reported by clients
  • Analyze the system to improve execution time and reduce anomalies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis
  • Experience in Time Management tools (SAP HCM PT, Workday, ADP, Horoquartz, eTemptation, Kronos, etc.)
