Senior Time Management Consultant

Alight Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Time Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our time management system and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead SAP HCM Time Management activities for multiple clients, ensuring the maintenance of SAP HCM systems.
  • Update the SAP HCM Time Management system, creating work schedule rules, updating clock in and clock out rules, and managing absences, attendances, and quotas.
  • Resolve client-reported issues and configure evolutions (change requests).
  • Prepare and conduct workshops with clients to define solutions to be implemented.
  • Analyze the system to improve execution time and reduce anomalies in each payroll.
  • Develop technical specifications and functional documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a Technical field, or equivalent.
  • Experience in Time Management tools (SAP HCM PT, Workday, ADP, Horoquartz, eTemptation, Kronos, etc.).
  • Remote work option available for candidates with previous experience as an SAP Time consultant.
