Job Title: SAP HCM Time Management Consultant

Location: Spain, Granada

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Time Management Consultant to join our team in Granada, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the SAP HCM Time Management system and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the SAP HCM Time Management system for multiple clients in Europe.
  • Update the SAP HCM Time Management system, including creating work schedule rules, updating clock-in and clock-out rules, and managing absences, attendances, and quotas.
  • Resolution of client-reported issues and configuration of system evolutions.
  • Preparation and delivery of workshops with clients to define the best solution for implementation.
  • Analysis of the system to improve execution time and reduce anomalies.
  • Creation of technical specifications and functional documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science.
  • Experience in programming languages (C, C+, Java, etc.).
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies.
  • Strong interest in delivering high-quality support.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level).
  • Discretion and ability to respect confidentiality.
