Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Time Management Specialist to join our team at Alight. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our SAP HCM Time Management system and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the SAP HCM Time Management system for multiple clients in Europe, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Update and configuration of the SAP HCM Time Management system, including creation of work schedule rules, clock in and clock out rules, absence and attendance management, modulation, overtime, allowances, and error message management.
  • Resolution of client-reported issues and configuration of system evolutions (change requests).
  • Preparation and delivery of workshops with clients to define and implement optimal solutions.
  • Analysis of the system to improve execution time and reduce anomalies.
  • Creation of technical specifications and functional documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience in programming languages (C, C++, Java, etc.).
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies.
  • Strong interest in delivering high-quality support.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and consistently achieve quality standards.
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
  • Commitment to the customer and the team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level).
  • Discretion and ability to respect confidentiality.
