Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PY-PT Spanish Consultant to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a Senior Time Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining time management systems and providing customer service activities to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP HCM Time Management activities for multiple clients, including maintenance of SAP HCM systems.
- Update the SAP HCM Time Management system by creating work schedule rules, updating clock in and clock out rules, creating absences, attendances, quotas, managing modulation, overtime, allowances, and error messages.
- Resolve client-reported issues and configure evolutions (change requests).
- Prepare and conduct workshops with clients to define solutions to be implemented.
- Analyze the system to improve execution time and reduce anomalies in each payroll.
- Develop technical specifications and functional documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent.
- Experience in Time Management tools, including SAP HCM PT, Workday, ADP, Horoquartz, eTemptation, Kronos, and others.
- Remote work option available for candidates with previous experience as SAP Times consultants.
