Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering configuration and consulting payroll services, providing application support, and managing reported incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver configuration and consulting payroll services using SAP HCM ES.
  2. Provide application support through advice, guidance, and functional and technical activities.
  3. Identify, manage, and test SAP note applications.
  4. Manage customer messages to SAP to request help support and corrections.
  5. Perform functional analysis and guidance/coaching on technical implementations.
  6. Generate error-free implementations and customizing respecting Alight best practices.
  7. Operate system tests using provided or self-generated test data.
  8. Provide documentation on issues handled.
  9. Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets.
  10. Regularly report on status and progress to the Application Maintenance Outsourcing Team Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance.
  3. Spanish PY/PA/OM knowledge desired.
  4. Verbal and written communication skills in English.
  5. Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources.
  6. Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
  7. Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
