Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Time Management Consultant to join our team at Alight. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the SAP HCM Time Management system and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of the SAP HCM Time Management system for multiple clients across Europe.
  • Update and configuration of the SAP HCM Time Management system, including creation of work schedule rules, clock in and clock out rules, absence and attendance management, modulation, overtime, allowances, and error messages.
  • Resolution of client-reported issues and configuration of system evolutions.
  • Design and delivery of workshops with clients to define and implement optimal solutions.
  • Analysis and optimization of the system to improve execution time and reduce anomalies.
  • Creation of technical specifications and functional documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality support.
