Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Time Management Expert to join our team at Alight. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the SAP HCM Time Management system, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of Time Management activities for multiple clients across Europe, including updates to work schedule rules, clock in and clock out rules, absence and attendance management, and error message resolution.
  • Analysis and resolution of client-reported issues, as well as configuration of system evolutions and change requests.
  • Preparation and delivery of workshops with clients to define and implement optimal solutions.
  • System analysis to improve execution time and reduce anomalies, with creation of technical specifications and functional documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, etc.
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies.
  • Strong interest in delivering high-quality support and service.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level).
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
