Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for payroll and data management activities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll and data management services, while also providing expert advice on client queries and issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Payroll Support: Assist in the delivery of payroll services as per the agreed processing calendar and KPIs.
  • Payroll Expertise: Provide expert advice on client queries and issues, ensuring a good understanding of country-specific legislation and tasks.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data management, including the completion of SOC controls and the reporting of system issues/defects.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, adhering to SLA timescales and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including the completion of Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and the highlighting of any gaps or inconsistencies.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll administration or data management in an HR consulting, HR outsourcing, or corporate environment.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on HR and payroll data management.
