About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a key member of our HR Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues
- Support statutory and year-end reporting to agreed calendars and KPIs
- Use expertise to advise on client queries and issues, ensuring a strong understanding of country-specific legislation and tasks
- Support and knowledge transfer to apprentices and associates on data management and customer service activities
- Ensure tickets and calls are responded to within SLA timescales and to a high standard
- Support system maintenance testing and liaise with third-party vendors
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and implement preventative measures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Dutch
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
