Customer Service Specialist

As part of Alight's team, you'll be contributing to the support and execution of customer services activities ensuring output is accurate and on time.
The Role
As a key team player, your responsibilities will be focused on customer services, utilizing HR expertise to advise on client queries and tasks, ensuring a good understanding of country-specific legislation.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on client queries and tasks, ensuring a thorough understanding of country-specific legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Accurately and timely manage data, ensuring compliance with Alight's data management policies.
- Respond to tickets and calls within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow detailed working instructions and highlight any gaps or inconsistencies, supporting the updating of documentation.
- Complete SOC controls on time, with necessary evidence, and report system issues/defects correctly, logging tickets with relevant details and evidence.
- Highlight deviations from standard scope of service to the Service Manager, ensuring seamless delivery of customer services.
- Recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Contribute to team meetings, raise issues promptly to the Service Manager, and build good relationships with internal stakeholders, keeping them informed when necessary.
Requirements
- Achieve 100% attainment of customer SLA agreements.
- Demonstrate professionalism and responsible behavior at all times.
- Adhere to all security and compliance procedures, quality standards, and Alight's policies.
- Be accountable, take ownership of tasks, and strive to acquire necessary skills, contributing to team results.
- Solve problems proactively, identifying challenges and proposing creative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Take proactive steps to clarify role, achieve individual and team objectives, and seek future career opportunities.
- Be client-centric, responding to internal and external client expectations, balancing requirements with Alight priorities.

- Exhibit flexibility in a global and fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and excellent Dutch written and verbal skills, as well as good English skills.
