About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the execution of customer services activities, ensuring that output is accurate and on time.
  • Use expertise to advise clients on country-specific legislation and tasks, ensuring a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support and knowledge transfer to apprentices and associates on data management and customer service activities.
  • Ensure tickets and calls are responded to within SLA timescales and to a high standard.
  • Liaise and transact with third parties, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring that the audience has understood and can put into practice.
  • Maintain DWIs to ensure processes are up to date and reflective of the service.
Requirements
  • 100% attainment of customer SLA agreements.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and act responsibly.
  • Adhere to all security and compliance procedures and quality standards.
  • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Dutch and good English skills.
  • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn.
