Crm Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm Consultant to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our CRM department, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring CRM campaigns end to end, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and teams to achieve campaign delivery and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor CRM campaigns from start to finish
- Coordinate with departments and teams to ensure campaign delivery and objectives are met
- Analyze historical data and extract insights to inform CRM strategies
- Develop and implement CRM strategies, forecasts, and campaign plans
- Deliver monthly reports and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Support brands in decision-making and action development
- Design and create reports and dashboards to visualize data and drive business outcomes
- Degree in Marketing, ADE, or similar field
- At least 3 years of experience in a CRM department, managing end-to-end campaigns
- High level of English proficiency (C1 spoken and written)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Digital profile, proactive, and detail-oriented
