We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial efforts in the Management Consulting Area. As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing international commercial opportunities that align with our company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities in existing and new markets, leveraging internal and external sources.
- Develop competitive bids by coordinating with technical experts in the Area.
- Maintain and expand our network of partners and experts.
- Support contract negotiations with clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends to identify new services and activities aligned with our company's goals.
- Participate in international commercial missions and sectoral events.
- Lead marketing activities in the Area, including social media and materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in international public sector tenders, preferably funded by multilateral institutions.
- Desirable experience in energy, water, or infrastructure sectors, especially in emerging markets.
- Business-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work with counterparts from diverse cultural and hierarchical backgrounds.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal; French is an asset.
- Strong time management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
