Job Title: Business Development Specialist

At Docplanner, we're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the private sector
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact to activation, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients
  • Represent Docplanner as an ambassador, promoting our brand values and mission
Requirements:
  • Fluent Spanish language skills
  • Proven experience in phone sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow sales processes
  • Results-driven and resilient, with a strong desire to succeed
