Job Title: Business Development Specialist

At Donaldson, we're committed to solving the world's most complex filtration challenges. As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date information on our products and systems.
  • Generate leads for service and care packs through CRM.
  • Develop and implement new ways of working, including new systems and processes.
  • Support the Industrial Solutions team in developing tools and analyses that drive implementation and growth.
  • Partner with sales and service organizations to optimize business processes.
  • Lead strategic projects that support business growth, such as developing our catalogues and e-commerce data, coordinating marketing activities, and setting up customer and product-specific data.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and collaborate with different business units.
Your Profile:
  • Higher education in business administration, economics, or finance, or equivalent through experience.
  • 2 years of working experience.
  • Business and strategic insights with an eye for detail.
  • Interest and experience in maintaining and improving databases and systems.
  • Accountable and result-oriented, eager to learn and able to set priorities.
  • Supporting team player, able to work with a wide range of people in an international environment.
  • IT skills – MS Office with solid Excel skills, CRM, Oracle.
  • English is a must; any other European language is an asset.
