We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Blu Selection. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to our clients and partners, developing business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative sales support to clients and partners, utilizing a consultative approach to account management.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term business success.
- Research and identify new sales opportunities within our existing portfolio of accounts.
- Track and manage sales pipeline activity, ensuring timely and effective follow-up with clients and partners.
- Respond to client and partner inquiries, providing solutions and support as needed.
- Meet and exceed sales performance targets, consistently achieving and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
