The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our Implementation team as a Team Lead, Implementation Management Specialist. You will lead a team of Implementation Managers in Madrid, working closely with peers across Europe to propel our implementation team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Implementation Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and efficient onboarding, with robust integrations that scale well.
  • Act as a sparring partner and escalation layer for the team, helping to navigate complex projects and technical challenges.
  • Create an inspiring and collaborative team environment with open communication and feedback.
  • Scale up the team while preserving Adyen's unique culture and values.
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive initiatives that grow the global IM organization in size, quality, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a team of implementation managers, technical consultants, or technical project managers.
  • Experience with integration projects within a large global company, preferably in professional services, finance, retail, or general technology.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with a focus on setting up tools and procedures to drive operational success.
