The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our Implementation team as a Team Lead, Implementation Management Specialist. You will lead a team of Implementation Managers in Madrid, working closely with peers across Europe to propel our implementation team to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of implementation managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and efficient onboarding processes.
- Act as a sparring partner and escalation layer for the team, helping to navigate complex projects and technical challenges.
- Create a collaborative team environment with open communication and feedback.
- Scale up the team while preserving Adyen's unique culture and values.
- Collaborate with other teams to drive initiatives and grow the global IM organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams.
- Proven track record of building and managing a team of implementation managers, technical consultants, or technical project managers.
- Experience with integration projects within a large global company, preferably in professional services, finance, retail, or general technology.
- Ability to drive change and make informed decisions using data to set up tools and procedures.
