The Role

We're seeking an experienced Implementation Management Team Lead to join our Madrid team. As a leader, you'll guide a team of Implementation Managers in Unified Commerce, supporting our customers' complex integrations and business models. Your expertise will help us set the standard in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Implementation Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and efficient onboarding.
  • Create a collaborative team environment with open communication and feedback.
  • Scale the team while preserving Adyen's unique culture and formula.
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive initiatives and grow the global IM organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams.
  • Proven track record of building and managing teams of Implementation Managers, technical consultants, or project managers.
  • Experience with integration projects in large global companies, preferably in professional services, finance, retail, or technology.
  • Ability to drive change, use data to inform decisions, and set up tools and procedures to ensure operational success.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
