The Role
We're seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our Implementation team as a Team Lead, Implementation Management. You will lead a team of Implementation Managers in Madrid, working closely with peers across Europe to propel our implementation team to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of implementation managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve efficient go-lives with robust integrations.
- Act as a sparring partner and escalation layer for the team, helping to navigate complex projects and technical challenges.
- Create an inspiring and collaborative team environment with open communication and feedback.
- Scale up the team while preserving Adyen's unique culture and fostering its growth.
- Collaborate with other teams to drive initiatives and grow the global IM organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams.
- Proven track record of building and managing a team of implementation managers, technical consultants, or technical project managers.
- Experience with integration projects within a large global company in professional services, finance, retail, or general technology.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with global teams and adapt to international time constraints.
- Proactive hands-on attitude to get things done in collaboration with the team.
