About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Product Led Sales Account Executive to join our Nordics team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify New Business Opportunities: Utilize your sales expertise to identify new workloads and potential use cases within existing accounts, driving increased consumption of our Database as a Service (DBaaS), Atlas.
  2. Articulate the Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the value of our expanded feature set and evolving developer data platform to customers, highlighting its potential to address their specific use cases.
  3. Support Customer Success: Provide exceptional support to customers throughout their journey, addressing any queries and ensuring optimal product usage.
  4. Develop Strategic Relationships: Foster strong relationships within customer accounts to promote greater visibility and deepen the partnership between MongoDB and your account's decision-makers.
  5. Navigate Complex Sales Processes: Strategically navigate diverse industries with a data-driven discovery and sales process to help land and expand customer workloads.
Requirements
  1. 1-2 Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a preference for database or software sales.
  2. Consistent Record of Meeting Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a highly competitive environment.
  3. Dynamic and Enthusiastic Mindset: Possess a dynamic, enthusiastic, and tenacious mindset, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Experience with Sales Tech Stack: Familiarity with sales tech stack tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Chorus.
  5. Fluent in English and Nordic Languages: Fluency in English and any of the Nordic languages: Danish, Swedish, Finnish.
