The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Associate Product Led Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new workloads and expanding MongoDB's usage into existing accounts. You will focus on helping customers understand the value of our developer data platform and its features, and support them throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify New Workloads: Identify new workloads and potential use cases within existing accounts to drive increased Atlas consumption.
  2. Articulate Value: Articulate the value of MongoDB's expanded feature set and evolving developer data platform.
  3. Support Customers: Support customers throughout their journey, addressing any queries and ensuring optimal product usage.
  4. Develop Relationships: Develop relationships within customer accounts to promote greater visibility and deepen the partnership between MongoDB and your account's decision-makers.
  5. Strategic Navigation: Strategically navigate diverse industries with a data-driven discovery and sales process to help land and expand customer workloads.
Requirements
  1. At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in database or software sales.
  2. Consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets in a highly competitive environment.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Experience working within a quota and commission structure.
  5. College degree or equivalent work experience.
  6. High EQ, coachability, intellectual curiosity, and motivation to build a career at MongoDB.
  7. Fluent in English and Turkish.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Familiarity with database, developer personas, and open-source technology.
  2. Experience with sales tech stack tools like Outreach and HubSpot.
