About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Product Led Sales Account Executive to join our team at MongoDB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new workloads and potential use cases within existing accounts to drive increased Atlas consumption.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify New Opportunities: Utilize your sales expertise to identify new workloads and potential use cases within existing accounts, driving increased Atlas consumption through your own pipeline generation and outbound activities.
  2. Articulate Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the value of MongoDB's expanded feature set and evolving developer data platform to customers, highlighting its potential to address their specific use cases.
  3. Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers throughout their journey, addressing any queries and ensuring optimal product usage.
  4. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships within customer accounts to promote greater visibility and deepen the partnership between MongoDB and your account's decision-makers.
  5. Strategic Navigation: Strategically navigate diverse industries with a data-driven discovery and sales process to help land and expand customer workloads.
Requirements
  1. Experience: At least 1-2 years of sales experience, with a preference for database or software sales.
  2. Performance: Consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer).
  3. Skills: Dynamic, enthusiastic, tenacious, team-oriented mindset; excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience working within a quota and commission structure.
  4. Education: College degree or equivalent work experience.
  5. Personal Qualities: High EQ, coachability, intellectual curiosity, and motivation to build a career at MongoDB.
