About the Role

MongoDB is a leading provider of cloud-based data platforms, empowering innovators to create, transform, and disrupt industries. We're seeking a visionary leader to build and develop the next generation of our Product Led Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-achieving Product Led Account Executives via various channels.
  • Drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide strong coaching and mentoring, understanding the inside sales role, our business model, and sales methodology.
  • Conduct weekly enablement sessions for development and deep understanding of the local market.
  • Develop and own Key Performance Indicators for your territory.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading an inside sales team.
  • A true passion for sales and technology.
  • Strong experience in SaaS sales and closing new business.
  • Top 10% performer both as an individual contributor and Manager, Results-oriented, with a track record of overachievement.
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player.
