About the Role

MongoDB is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Product Led Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying new workloads and expanding MongoDB's usage into existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify New Workloads: Utilize your sales expertise to identify new workloads and potential use cases within existing accounts to drive increased Atlas consumption.
  2. Articulate Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the value of MongoDB's expanded feature set and evolving developer data platform to customers.
  3. Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers throughout their journey, addressing any queries and ensuring optimal product usage.
  4. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships within customer accounts to promote greater visibility and deepen the partnership between MongoDB and your account's decision-makers.
  5. Sales Strategy: Strategically navigate diverse industries with a data-driven discovery and sales process to help land and expand customer workloads.
Requirements
  1. 1-2 Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a highly competitive environment.
  2. Dynamic and Enthusiastic Mindset: Demonstrate a dynamic, enthusiastic, and tenacious approach to sales, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working within a quota and commission structure.
  4. College Degree or Equivalent: Hold a college degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong foundation in sales and customer relationships.
  5. Fluent in English: Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in any of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Finnish) a plus.
