About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industry Enablement Lead to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing enablement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enablement programs to strengthen selling capabilities and accelerate new hire sales readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for the field and drive business impact
  • Design and deliver sales productivity programs to optimize sales performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent
