About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industry Enablement Lead to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enablement strategies to drive growth and sales effectiveness across our EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enablement programs to strengthen selling capabilities and accelerate new hire sales readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for the field and drive business impact
  • Design and deliver scalable mechanisms to facilitate sales productivity and learning
  • Establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
  • Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations
