Job Description:

Amazon Web Services is seeking an Industry Enablement Lead to empower AWS Global Sales EMEA account teams to engage and sell to customers by increasing overall go-to-market effectiveness and accelerating growth through ongoing industry, new hire sales readiness, and sales productivity programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an enablement strategy and programs to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities and optimizing new hire sales readiness.
  • Develop and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies to drive business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business operations, sales leadership, project/program managers, and marketing, to leverage resources and drive programs.
