Emea Industry Enablement Specialist

Amazon Web Services is seeking an Industry Enablement Lead to empower AWS Global Sales EMEA account teams to engage and sell to customers by increasing overall go-to-market effectiveness and accelerating growth through ongoing industry, new hire sales readiness, and sales productivity programs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an enablement strategy and programs to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities, optimize and accelerate new hire sales readiness/effectiveness, accelerate growth through AWS Partners and ProServe, advocate for the Field with cross-functional teams and working to rally the organizations around the voice of the field.
About the Team
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
