Emea Industry Enablement Lead

This role is with Amazon, an inclusive employer and a member of Mygwork, the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. We're seeking an Industry Enablement Lead to empower AWS Global Sales EMEA account teams to engage and sell to customers by increasing overall go-to-market effectiveness and accelerating growth through ongoing industry, new hire sales readiness, and sales productivity programs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver an enablement strategy and programs to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities, optimizing and accelerating new hire sales readiness/effectiveness, advocating for the Field with cross-functional teams, and working to rally the organizations around the voice of the field.
- Support an industry field organization, combining a passion for problem-solving, creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating sales productivity programs (live and virtually), and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.
- Leverage cross-functional resources and internal teams, including business operations, sales leadership/management, project/program managers, and marketing, in order to gain leverage, drive programs and business impact.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
