About the Role

Amazon Web Services is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of industry enablement programs for our EMEA sales teams. As an Industry Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for creating and delivering enablement strategies and programs that accelerate growth, strengthen selling capabilities, and optimize new hire sales readiness.

This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, procedures, and policies, as well as experience working with sales CRM tools and Microsoft Excel. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business operations, sales leadership, and marketing, to drive business impact and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing enablement strategies and programs to accelerate growth and strengthen selling capabilities
  • Creating and delivering training programs and materials to support new hire sales readiness and ongoing sales productivity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business impact and growth
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform enablement program development and optimization

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
  • Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations
